KeepBook Privacy Policy
Tracky Stat App Inc. (“Tracky Apps”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for our users. Our Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us, and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.
For purposes of this policy, “Service” refers to the Company’s mobile application “KeepBook”, which is accessible through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and lets a parent (or the player themself) keep a private hockey record from the stands.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company.
“You” refers to you, as a user of our Service.
By accessing our Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

I. Who this app is for
KeepBook is for adults 18 and over. The person who creates the account is a parent, guardian, or the player themself.
The app is not directed at children as users, is not in Apple’s Kids Category, and is not designed for children under 13. If you add a child’s name, photo, birth date, or game history, you are doing so as their parent or legal guardian.
If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
II. Information we collect
We collect both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”
- Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, device type, platform, preferences, and aggregate statistics.
- Personal Information includes your name and email address, which you provide through registration or by signing in with Apple or Google.
Information you provide us
- Email address, display name, and sign-in provider (Apple, Google, or email and password).
- A unique user ID from Firebase Authentication.
- Player records you enter: name, optional birth date, jersey number, handedness, position, player type, seasons, teams, games, events, and optional player photo.
- Optional iCal / webcal league-calendar URL on KeepBook+.
- Preferences (theme, haptics, which stats to track).
You never provide your Apple, Google, or other passwords to us directly. You may use Sign in with Apple and hide your email; we still receive a relay address so we can operate the account.
Information about your device or network
- Device type, platform (iOS or Android), and app version.
- Crash logs and an install identifier via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Basic product analytics via Firebase Analytics. We do not use this for advertising and do not show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for ads.
Purchases
Whether KeepBook+ is active, plus store product identifiers and entitlement status via Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not see your full payment card number.
KeepBook does not collect device GPS, contacts, health information, or your photo library except the single image you choose as a player photo. If you type an arena address, we geocode it once for a map pin.
III. How we use and share information
Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your Personal Information for marketing purposes with third parties. All Personal Information is securely stored in Google Firebase.
We use your Personal Information to:
- Facilitate account creation and authentication.
- Store and sync your private player book, including offline.
- Process KeepBook+ entitlements.
- Provide support and respond to inquiries at trackystatapp@gmail.com.
- Improve and maintain our Service.
KeepBook is a private book. Your player records are not visible to other KeepBook users, and we do not put them on a public feed.
We may share Personal Information with outside parties only:
- To comply with legal processes, enforce our Terms of Use, address fraud or security concerns, or protect the rights and safety of users and the public, as permitted by law.
- With vendors performing services for us (Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google), who use Personal Information only on our behalf and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Business transfers
If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You acknowledge and consent to such transfers.
IV. Third party service providers
KeepBook uses Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, analytics, crash reporting, and app hosting. For more information about Firebase’s privacy and security practices, please refer to:

KeepBook+ status is processed by RevenueCat. Sign-in, maps, and store billing are processed by Apple or Google. Schedule feeds you paste are fetched on your device from that URL.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run ads in the app.
V. How we protect information
We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, including:
- Firebase security rules
- Secure connections (SSL/TLS)
While we take reasonable steps to secure your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
VI. Retention, deletion, and your choices
We keep your data while the account is open. Delete your account in the app: Player → Account → delete account. That removes the sign-in and the player records we store. It does not cancel KeepBook+ — cancel that in Apple or Google settings.
You may skip a player photo and birth date. You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the in-app controls or emailing us.
VII. Links to other websites
KeepBook may provide links to other websites or apps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by our Service.
VIII. Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by sending a notice to your primary email address or by placing a prominent notice in the app. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following notification; non-material changes or clarifications take effect immediately.
