KeepBook Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Tracky Stat App Inc. ("Tracky Apps", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the KeepBook mobile application (the "App"), website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Registration & account

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must not share your password. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

You may delete the account in the app: Player → Account. Deletion removes the account and the player records we store. It does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription; cancel that in Apple or Google settings.

3. Service description

KeepBook is a private record of an individual player’s career, meant for a parent (or the player themself) to update from the stands. It is not a team roster, coach tool, league, live scoreboard, or social network. Stats, maps, and insights are for your personal record. They are not official league statistics.

If you enter information about a child (name, photo, birth date, games), you represent that you are that child’s parent or legal guardian and that you have the right to store that information in the app.

Some features may require a paid KeepBook+ purchase. Tracky Apps is not responsible for the practices of organizations, leagues, or calendar hosts that it does not own or control.

4. KeepBook+ (subscriptions and lifetime)

KeepBook is free to download. KeepBook+ is optional. Payment is processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see your full payment card. In the United States prices are currently $19.99 per year (annual) and $59.99 once (lifetime). Other regions are set by the stores.

The annual subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device’s account settings. Deleting the app or your KeepBook account does not cancel the subscription. Lifetime does not renew. Refunds follow Apple or Google store policies.

Annual product ID: keepbook_plus_annual — one year, 7-day trial where offered.
Lifetime product ID: keepbook_plus_lifetime — one-time, restore with Restore purchases on the same store account.

5. User content & conduct

You are responsible for all data, content, and information you upload, post, or store via the Service. You must not post illegal, harmful, infringing, or objectionable content. You grant Tracky Apps a license to use, host, and display your content as needed to provide the Service. We do not put it on a public feed. Tracky Apps reserves the right to remove or refuse any content at its sole discretion.

6. Ownership

Tracky Apps and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission. You have no ownership interest in your account; all rights remain with Tracky Apps.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information except as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Tracky Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months or $50, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Arbitration & dispute resolution

All claims and disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions. Arbitration will be conducted in English and governed by applicable law. Any claims must be brought within the statute of limitations and on an individual basis.

10. Conduct policy

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited conduct includes posting illegal content, infringing intellectual property, impersonating others, accessing another user’s book, interfering with the Service, or violating system or network security. Tracky Apps reserves the right to investigate and take action against violations.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Apple- and Google-required terms

If you download KeepBook from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Tracky Apps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of this section as required by Apple. If you download KeepBook from Google Play, Google is not a party to these Terms; billing and refunds follow Google Play’s policies.
